Born on October 28th, 1981, April Rayne Kagan is filmmaker and a third year student in the BA Visual Media Program at Nevada State College as of 2016.
Although born in Los Angeles, California, she has also lived in the United Kingdom on and off during her childhood. She currently resides in Las Vegas, NV.
She is an avid fan of scripted television and hopes to develop her role as a filmmaker while pursuing an education in all areas of visual media.
She is a dedicated writer and enjoys storytelling in all shapes and forms.
She is known for her role of assistant director on several upcoming indepdent feature films, as well as producing her own short films along the way -- and an award winning music video.
